About Hypnosis and Dreamwork
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, similar to the moments just before falling asleep. The body relaxes, the breath slows, and the conscious mind gently steps into the background, allowing the subconscious to become more open and receptive. Unlike the myths that often surround it, hypnosis is not about losing control, on the contrary: It’s a safe and collaborative process, where you remain aware and choose how deeply you wish to go. In this state of calm focus, it becomes easier to release tension, reduce stress, and access memories, emotions, and inner imagery. Dreamwork builds on this process, using the language of symbols, stories, and imagination to bring subconscious material to the surface. Where it happens
Sessions are held online via a videocall, so you can settle into the comfort of your own space. All you need is a quiet, private place where you feel at ease, and a stable internet that can handle a video call.

The flow of a session
We begin with breath and gentle guidance to help you relax. As the body softens and the mind quiets, you enter a dreamlike state, similar to the space between waking and sleep. In this state, the subconscious becomes more vivid and accessible.You might notice images, emotions, or memories rising to the surface. Sometimes symbols or inner figures appear. We stay connected throughout, exploring together and speaking to each other, while you remain fully aware and in control.There’s no need to force anything. The process is collaborative, unfolding at your pace. If emotions arise, they are welcomed with care and compassion. You are always held in a safe, supportive space.
After the session
When it’s time to return, you’ll be guided back gently, with space to reflect and ground. Many people find journaling or quiet rest helpful afterward, as insights and feelings often continue to unfold in the hours or days that follow.

A full Hypno Yoga session is a spacious, immersive journey of up to three hours, accompanied by two integrative calls of about 30 minutes each — one a few days before, and one a few days after the session. These calls give you the chance to set intentions, prepare for your inner exploration, and reflect afterward, helping you integrate insights, emotions, and experiences that arise.This way, you have guidance not only during the session itself, but also around it, creating a complete, cohesive process that is fully supported from start to finish.The full package of a session and two supporting calls is 180 EUR, or the equivalent in USD or BTC (other currencies possible upon agreement).Scheduling is arranged individually, so we can choose times that suit your schedule and rhythm, ensuring the experience feels relaxed, unhurried, and fully tailored to your needs.
